Travis Scott made an appearance at WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, and according to Michael Cole, he was going to perform the new WWE Raw theme "4X4."
Scott did not perform, instead he stood in the crowd with a custom WWE Hardcore Championship, a drink, and possibly a joint.
Scott took a puff from his medicine of choice as Jey Uso made his entrance.
