Trick Williams and Pete Dunne's rivalry was turned up to eleven on the September 3 episode of WWE NXT.
Trick Williams and Pete Dunne brawled backstage for the majority of the September 3 episode of WWE NXT until Ava had had enough and sent them to the ring to fight. Their match proved inconclusive, as it ended in a double count-out after both men crashed through the announce table and continued to brawl afterward.
Ava then announced that both men would face each other in a Last Man Standing Match on September 10. The winner of that match will go on to face Ethan Page for the WWE NXT Title on October 1 from the Allstate Arena in Chicago when NXT makes its network television debut on the CW.
