Triple H isn't finished yet.
With his career on the line, Triple H managed to overcome Batista with a little help from Ric Flair. The finish saw Flair hand Triple H his trusty sledgehammer as both men were down. Flair then ran over to provide a semi-distraction to Batista, allowing Triple H to hit a Springboard Superman Sledgehammer Shot to the face of Batista. One Pedigree and three beats of the mat later and Triple H saw his hand raised in victory. Had Triple H lost, he would have been forced to retire from in-ring competition.
Things got off to a bad start for Batista when he tripped while getting into the ring.
