Legends like Mickie James, Summer Rae, and The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie Bella) have been announced for the women's Royal Rumble.
One legend who hasn't been announced and fans have wondered about is Trish Stratus.
Appearing on the Bellas podcast, Trish was asked if she might make a surprise appearance in the Royal Rumble.
"I am filming the semifinals," said Trish, referencing her role as a judge on Canada's Got Talent. "They do wrap up at a certain time. I'll be in that headspace, so that's sort of my focus at the moment. That's what I have to do. You know how intense it is, I have to be in it."
It was mentioned later in the podcast that they are still on lockdown in Canada, but Trish said things should be lifted by Thursday, January 27.
Trish was scheduled to be the guest host for the December 29 WWE live event in Toronto, Canada, but the event was postponed due to the country limiting capacity in arenas as COVID numbers rise. The event has been rescheduled for March 27.
Trish has not competed since SummerSlam 2019 when she lost to Charlotte Flair. She was in the 2018 Royal Rumble.
