1/3 of the Undisputed Era having some trouble getting into Canada?
The NXT brand recently went on a tour of the "Great White North" from February 22nd through February 25th. On the match cards for those string of shows featured the current NXT Tag Team Champions, Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish of the Undisputed Era. The duo did not appear on any of the live events in Canada, but instead, along with Adam Cole, worked the NXT live events in Florida.

In the latest edition of Dave Meltzer's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, he noted that Bobby Fish specifically, has had issues getting into Canada in the past, but that is no longer an issue. Back in 2016, while Fish was still with Ring Of Honor, he missed a live event in Toronto due to a work visa issue.
Cole, Fish and O'Reilly are a tandem on and off-screen, hence why Adam Cole joined his faction-mates in Florida for the live events.
