TKO Group has named its Board of Directors.
In a new SEC filing it was revealed that Vincent K McMahon, Nick Khan, Steven R Koonin, and Nancy R Tellem have been chosen as TKO Board of Directors on the WWE side. WWE still has one remaining Board of Director to choose.
Members of the current WWE Board of Directors who have not been chosen to be on the TKO Board are Paul Levesque [Triple H], George A Barrios, Michelle R McKenna, Steve Pamon, and Michelle D Wilson.
Endeavor has chosen Ari Emanuel, Egon P Durban, Jonathan A Kraft, Sonya E Medina, Mark Shapiro, and Carrie Wheeler as its six Board of Directors.
WWE and UFC are set to merge to form TKO in mid to late September.
