Wes Lee came out at the end of the October 29 NXT to distract Je'Von Evans and cause him to abandon Cedric Alexander in the middle of their NXT Tag Team Titles match against Nathan Frazer and Axiom. After FrAxiom retained their championships, the NXT camera cut to Lee and Evans brawling in the backstage area.
WWE NXT GM Ava was trying to separate them when RVD suddenly entered the frame and revealed that he knows what he wants to do on November 6 in Philadelphia at the former ECW Arena. He gave no inkling of his idea and walked away as the two men continued fighting to close out the show.
