WWE has announced that Kevin Owens suffered a fractured 4th and 5th metacarpal. This follows Owens getting an X-ray after the December 1 episode of WWE SmackDown. Initially, it was unknown whether or not Owens was actually hurt.

There had been speculation following his match against Grayson Waller that he'd suffered a broken hand. Throughout the match, Waller targeted the hand of KO.

Owens is set for a tournament that will crown the next contender for Logan Pauk's WWE United States Championship.
