The next WWE special has been announced.
WWE announced that WrestleMania Backlash will take place on Sunday, May 16. The event will air on Peacock.
WWE Backlash began in 1999 and ran through 2009 before going on hiatus. The event returned in 2016 and has been an annual event ever since. The event has taken place in June the last two years, but did take place in May in 2017 and 2018. This will mark the first-ever WrestleMania Backlash.
Unless stated otherwise, the event will take place at WWE ThunderDome, which currently resides at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, FL.
