WWE Claims SmackDown (8/9) Draws Over 2.4 Million Preliminary Viewers For Roman Reigns' Return

Viewership and ratings information for the August 9, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown as given to Fightful by WWE.

WWE issued the following information to WWE SmackDown on August 9 generated 2.433 million viewers in preliminary viewership, the highest viewership since April. This was also a 21% increase week over week. On August 2, the show scored 2.179 million viewers.

WWE Raw (9/9) Records Lowest Viewership Since January Against Monday Night Football

Friday's episode scored 811,000 viewers in the 18-49-year-old demographic, up 19% from the prior week, which drew a 0.60 rating in the demographic.

The show ranked second in total viewership and the key demographic. WWE SmackDown continues to face competition from Olympic coverage on NBC.
