WWE Returning To Saudi Arabia In May 2023 For King & Queen Of The Ring Event

WWE is headed back to Saudi Arabia in May.

After a report surfaced regarding the event back on March 1, the March 6 episode of Raw feature confirmation from WWE that the King & Queen Of The Ring event will be taking place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, May 27. The event will feature the return of the King Of The Ring tournament, as well as the Queen Of The Ring tournament, both of which did not occur in 2022.

The event will mark the first time that WWE has visited Saudi Arabia since the Crown Jewel event back in November 2022. Stars such as Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and Bianca Belair were all featured on that show. To see Fightful's full report, click here.

The event will be held at the Jeddah Superdome. WWE last visited the venue in February 2022 for the Elimination Chamber event.

Xavier Woods and Zelina Vega are the most recent winners of their respective tournaments, which occurred back in 2021.
