Xavier Woods Explains His Recent Actions On WWE Raw While Rollerblading

Over the past month, Xavier Woods has grown frustrated with how things have been going for himself and Kofi Kingston in New Day.

Kingston made Woods the play caller for the group, and they've been winning, though through questionable means. On the September 30th episode of WWE Raw, Woods accidentally snatched of Rey Mysterio's mask and pinned him. After losing to Jey Uso on the October 7th episode of WWE Raw, Woods didn't shake Jey's hand. On Monday's WWE Raw, Woods did not help R-Truth as he was being attacked by Karrion Kross, The Miz, and AOP (Akam & Rezar).

On social media, Woods explained what's been going on.

He reiterated that snatching Mysterio's mask was an accident, that Mysterio made the choice to cover his face instead of continuing the match. He said he was heated after losing the Jey Uso match and didn't want to shake his hand. In the end, he was speared by Bron Breakker for trying to help Jey and Kofi.

Woods said that he didn't help Truth because there were six people in the ring and they had no plan. He worried they might get stomped out and not medically cleared. 'For some strange reason, people are pissed at me over this?" Woods wondered why it was a bad thing to have a plan to protect himself and Kofi as they chase the WWE World Tag Team Championships.

That settles that.

New Day will face War Raiders (Ivar & Erik) and LWO (Dragon Lee & Rey Mysterio) to see who will be the number one contenders for the WWE World Tag Team Titles, which are currently held by Judgment Day (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh).
