Xavier Woods Says Everything Is Great After New Day And Odyssey Jones Beat Final Testament On 8/19 WWE Raw

Kofi Kingston says nobody can drive a wedge between him and Xavier Woods.

On the August 19th episode of WWE Raw, The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and Odyssey Jones beat Karrion Kross, Akam, and Rezar. Since Jones aligned with the New Day, Woods has been less than thrilled with the situation, and his frustration was clear during the match, especially when Kingston tagged Jones instead of him.

On the August 19th episode of WWE Raw Talk, the group celebrated their win, and they were asked whether they felt like The Final Testament was behind them.

Kofi Kingston: I sure hope so. I hope that’s the end of it. I hope that Karrion Kross and the Final Testament realize that they cannot drive a wedge in between this. It ain’t gonna happen. We finally put a nail in the Final Testament, closed that chapter, and a rusty nail at that.

Xavier Woods: Rusty. Tetanus. Get a shot.

KK: Give then tetanus.

Odyssey Jones: I was hyped. I was so happy to get out there and get my hands on them. That’s for you [Woods]. Come on, baby.

The trio continued to celebrate before Kingston and Jones went off by themselves. Woods then stated that everything was great.

XW: We got the W. That’s the winner’s purse. Go home, feed my kids. Everything’s great. It’s great.

Scarlett encouraged Karrion Kross to leave Xavier Woods, as she told him that he had already won. Check out her comments here.
