Yuka Sakazaki wants Nyla Rose in TJPW.
Yuka Sakazaki is quickly becoming one of the most well-traveled women in all of wrestling. Whether it's her time that she's spent in the states for All Elite Wrestling or her time spend in Japan competing in various promotions like DDT or Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, Sakazaki is well known by wrestling fans from all around the globe.
The forbidden door is the hottest topic in wrestling today and you can add Sakazaki to the long list of names that are vying for wrestlers from other promotions to jump to their home promotion. In a new interview with Andrew Thompson of POST Wrestling, Sakazaki named Nyla Rose as somebody she'd like to face inside of a TJPW ring.
"Nyla Rose is a large wrestler who’s both physically strong and a great wrestler. I’d love to wrestle her in a TJPW ring!"
Before joining All Elite Wrestling in 2019, Rose spent time in Japanese based promotions like Marvelous and Sendai Girls.
Rose and Sakazaki have wrestled in the same match four times before in AEW, but none of those have been singles matches.
Sakazaki last wrestled for AEW on the 5/28 episode of AEW Dark, where she won a six-women tag match alongside Riho and Skye Blue.
