The Young Bucks have come out and verbally voiced their displeasure with WWE in regards to certain actions taken against them and other business practices as of late.
During Ring of Honor's Global Wars tour, which had a show in Buffalo, New York on October 12, The Young Bucks, with several Bullet Club members in the ring, cut a promo on WWE sending a cease and desist letter to stop using the "Too Sweet" hand gesture, WWE running a live show on Christmas, and the recent firing of Jimmy Jacobs for a selfie taken with the stable on the same day the Bullet Club "invaded" Monday Night RAW.
In that promo, Matt Jackson chastised WWE's actions against the Bullet Club and Jacobs and put over Ring of Honor for giving them the ability to do whatever they want without the need to worry about a cease and desist letter.
"We staged a now infamous invasion. I want to say how much I love Ring of Honor, and I'm not just saying that. I love this place for a certain reason. I can do whatever the hell I want and not going to get a damn cease and desist letter. I have the benefit of taking a damn selfie with whoever the hell I want... But most importantly, I love this company more than any other company in the world because of all you fans. I mean that," Matt said.
Later, Matt thanked fans for buying their merchandise and giving them money to take care of their family. Nick mentioned being able to see them on Christmas, a clear reference to WWE recently announcing that it will have a live episode of RAW on December 25.
Upon hearing that line, the crowd erupted into a "F*ck Vince!" chant. The Young Bucks then ripped on the cease and desist letter, saying that it takes the "Too Sweet" away from the fans and proceed to lead the crowd into doing one giant "Too Sweet" gesture.
"You think that because you own a billion dollar company that you can take some silly hand gesture away from me? You're not taking it away from me. You're taking it from every one of [the fans]," The Young Bucks said.
The nature of the promo isn't that big of a surprise, given the Bucks' recent actions in response to the cease and desist letter. The former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team champions released a cease-and-desist t-shirt as a result of not being able to do "Too Sweet" without potential legal consequences.
