Former two division UFC champion Conor McGregor has been speaking out against the coronavirus and its effect in his home country of Ireland, calling for tighter travel restrictions in and out of Ireland, while also engaging in dialogue with members of the country’s political system.
McGregor recently promised to donate €1 million worth of personal protective equipment (PPE) to hospitals in Ireland and the fighter has gone through with that promise.
The fighter recently posted a series of tweets on his personal Twitter page, showing the supplies arriving to the hospitals:

There is no word at this time as to when McGregor will return to Octagon action, as he last competed at UFC 246, defeating Donald Cerrone by first round TKO.
