Swedish UFC women's bantamweights Pannie Kianzad and Lina Lansberg are set for a matchup at a yet-to-be-announced UFC Fight Night event on April 16.
Frontkick.Online's Ashah Tafari was the first to report the news of the matchup, although the promotion is yet to officially confirm anything regarding the event or booking. Kianzad is 4-1 in her last five Octagon outings and will try to rebound from a unanimous decision loss to former UFC title challenger, Raquel Pennington, at UFC Vegas 37. Lansberg meanwhile is 2-2 in her last four fights and is coming off of a unanimous decision defeat also to a former UFC title challenger in Sara McMann at UFC Fight Night 166 back in January 2020.
