Lewis (6-2-0) is winless thus far during his UFC journey, losing to the duo of Uriah Hall and Darren Stewart. Lewis also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 12, defeating Alton Cunningham by first round TKO. Lewis has competed a total of eight times as a professional MMA fighter and half of those bouts went the distance.

Townsend (19-8-0) is also winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Dalcha Lungiambula at UFC Fight Night Minneapolis. Townsend hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with that last win coming over Portland Pringle III at TWC: Bennett vs. Shaw. Townsend has suffered eight losses as a professional MMA fighter and six of them came by way of decision.

UFC Fight Night Raleigh takes place on Saturday, January 25 from the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina with Curtis Blaydes and Junior Dos Santos headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
