A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Singapore according to Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA as Enrique Barzola is in action against Movsar Evloev.
Barzola (16-4-1) has won five of his last six under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Chris Avila, Gabriel Benitez, Matt Bessette, Brandon Davis and Bobby Moffett. Barzola has seen his last eight bouts go to the judges scorecards and it has been almost five years since the fighter got a finish. Barzola has picked up sixteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them have come by way of decision.
Evloev (11-0-0) has already picked up a single win in UFC competition, having defeated Sung Woo Choi by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night St. Petersburg. Evloev is a former M-1 Challenge Bantamweight Champion, defeating Pavel Vitruk to win the gold at M-1 Challenge 81 in July of 2017. Evloev has competed eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and four of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night Singapore takes place on Saturday, October 26 from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore with Demian Maia and Ben Askren headining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
