A pair of bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Burns as #11 Tim Elliott faces Brandon Royval in a flyweight division clash, while Casey Kenney faces Louis Smolka in a bantamweight division attraction.
MMA Fighting first reported Elliott vs. Royval, while MMA DNA first reported Kenney vs. Smolka.
Elliott (15-10-1) enters the contest riding a two fight losing streak and he hasn’t picked up a win in over two years. Royval (10-4-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and the fighter is the current LFA Flyweight Champion.
Kenney (13-2-1) has won two of three under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Ray Borg and Manny Bermudez. Smolka (16-6-0) has won two of three in his second UFC run, with those wins coming over the two pack of Su Mudaerji and Ryan MacDonald.
UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Burns takes place on Saturday, May 30 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
