It has been over four years since former UFC fighter Tim Gorman last competed and things seem to have taken a downturn for the fighter since that time.
A report from WOWT (via MMA Junkie) is stating that Gorman was arrested this past Sunday Night in Nebraska by the Buffalo County Police Department. The former UFC star was arrested for two counts of a possession of controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, and one count of possession of money while in violation.
The arrest took place after Gorman was pulled over by a state trooper and said trooper noticed something wasn’t right with Gorman and his vehicle. A K-9 search was conducted and “121 pounds of marijuana, six pounds of THC concentrate, two vials of steroids, a small amount of cocaine, and $14,000 in cash” was discovered according to WOWT.
Gorman is still in jail as of this writing and being held on $250,000 bond, with a court date tentatively scheduled for June 17.
It has been over five years since Gorman fought in the UFC, which saw the fighter suffer a pair of unanimous decision losses to Mitch Gagnon and Thomas Almeida.
