The Elite stops the hopes of The Dark Order and Adam Page dead in their tracks.
In a hellacious 5-on-5 that kicked off the AEW Dynamite with some Space Jam flare on July 28, Kenny Omega was ultimately able to defeat Hangman Page to make sure that The Dark Order will not be getting a Tag Team Championship opportunity and Hangman now has forfeited His World Championship opportunity as well.
Officially, Nick Jackson and Kenny Omega were the only two surviving men in the match. Hangman would be faced with a 3-on-1 scenario against his former Elite stablemates and pinned Matt Jackson following a double Buckshot Lariat to both of The Young Bucks.
