AEW and CMLL continue to collaborate.
During the January 26 episode of AEW Rampage, the broadcast team confirmed that the stars of CMLL will be coming to AEW. They stated that more information would be revealed on the January 27 episode of AEW Collision. Místico, Máscara Dorada, Volador Jr., and Hechicero were named in the announcement.
CMLL then commented on the news.

AEW CEO Tony Khan then took to Twitter/X to express his excitement. He thanked CMLL for the great collaboration and made it clear that he was excited to have the CMLL stars coming to AEW.
