AEW is expanding into live events.
Appearing at the end of the AEW Dark: Elevation tapings before AEW Dynamite on March 24, Tony Khan announced that AEW Dynamite Will return to live filming on April 7 and The promotion will run their first non-televised event on April 9, the Friday before WrestleMania.
For All Elite Wrestling, this is their first step outside of strictly television filming in Daily's place since their brief run in Georgia at the beginning of the pandemic.
Of course, the promotion has not been able to run their regular touring since the pandemic began and all of their events have since been rescheduled. Because the promotion was in its infancy when the pandemic began, there was never any concrete information about possible non-televised events
AEW Will be jumping into the busiest week of the year as their first step. WWE has multiple events that week in Florida and there will be several outside gatherings bringing the independent wrestling world to Florida for the biggest weekend of the year, the only concrete weekend that WWE has announced fans will be attending a main roster program.

Both at Daily’s Place
(It got a little buried in the other post, schedule will be updated tomorrow)
Tickets for the event go on sale Monday, March 29.
In the past, AEW had stated that they were not interested in running WrestleMania week because they believed that week belonged to WWE.
