One belt will be on the line at AEW Battle of the Belts.
AEW announced that Britt Baker will defend the AEW Women's Championship against Riho at AEW Battle of the Belts on January 8.
Riho earned her title match by defeating Britt in a Black Friday Deal match on the November 26 episode of AEW Rampage. That bout was set up as she was not eliminated during the Casino Battle Royale at AEW All Out.
Riho would also defeat Britt's cohort Jamie Hayter in singles competition on the December 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.
