AJ placidly announces that he has re-signed with WWE.
Former two-time WWE Champion AJ Styles took to Twitter to announce that he has signed a new deal with the WWE. Styles posted a photo of a puppy that he has added to his family and threw in the note about him re-signing with WWE.
This is the newest member of my family. Also, I’ve signed a new contract with the WWE. What a cute little guy. pic.twitter.com/PNqh9shgTH

PWInsider reported earlier today that sources indicated to them that a deal between AJ and the sports-entertainment company was agreed upon to certain extent but they were not able to confirm that AJ signed a contract.
This past November, following WWE's Survivor Series pay-per-view, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp reported that AJ was still in negotiations with WWE and was looking for a reduced schedule. There were no further details provided about the length of AJ's new deal but he will be continuing his run in WWE.
WWE also issued a statement on their website:
SmackDown LIVE is The House that AJ Styles Built, but The Phenomenal One needs to start drawing up blueprints for a doghouse, because the Styles family welcomed a puppy into the clan on Monday.
Styles posted a picture of the sleeping pupper on Twitter. In the tweet, Styles also casually mentioned that he signed a new contract, silencing any chatter or rumors about his WWE future. No big deal.
AJ's former Bullet Club running-mates Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were in headlines today because they were pulled from WWE live events per report. For more on that story, check out Fightful's published article about the topic.
