Alex Hammerstone is back in MLW.
MLW Fightland closed with the return of Alex Hammerstone, who had not been seen since losing the MLW World Heavyweight Championship to Alex Kane at MLW Never Say Never. During his absence, Hammerstone had publicly asked for his release from the promotion.
Technically, Hammerstone joined a new promotion at MLW Fightland, aligning with Matt Cardona, Tom Lawlor, and MSL in the World Titan Federation (WTF).
Hammerstone and the rest of WTF laid out Alex Kane and Jacob Fatu after their MLW World Heavyweight Title bout.

Kane successfully retained the MLW World Heavyweight Title in the main event of MLW Fightland.
