Andrade discusses dating Charlotte Flair.
One of the things that comes with dating the 10-time Women's Champion is knowing that her father is two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. During an interview with Digital Spy, Andrade admitted that he actually was really nervous about initially having to talk to Ric about it.
"When we first met I was seriously so nervous – so, so nervous. Now I'm so happy. I love Ric Flair. He's a great person with me, he talks, texts me, sometimes we have dinner. He's great with me now," Andrade said.
In fact, Andrade was so nervous about initially dating Charlotte because of Ric that he actually had asked her to not tell Ric about it. Charlotte then calmed Andrade down by saying Ric is not going to care about it.
"When we first started [dating] I asked Charlotte, 'Please don't say nothing to your dad', and she said, 'No it's my dad, he won't care.' But I have so much respect for her dad and professional respect for what he did in this business, he's a legend. I'm so happy," Andrade said.
