Bandido is All Elite.
On the November 11 episode, Bandido defeated RUSH in a first-round match in the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. During the match, Tony Schiavone noted that Bandido was officially a member of the roster. John Silver stopped Jose the Assistant from interfering, and Bandido capitalized by rolling RUSH up for the win.
After the match, AEW president Tony Khan announced that Bandido has signed with the company.
