Bianca Belair is honored to be put in situations where she can possibly affect change in the world.
Bianca Belair has made history in many ways in WWE during her short career. She is the first black woman to ever win in the main event of Wrestlemania. She is the first woman to ever win in a one-on-one main event of WrestleMania. She is the longest reigning singles black champion in WWE history. Also, Bianca is the only black woman in WWE history to win a WWE Royal Rumble match.
During a match against Bayley at WWE Crown Jewel 2022, Bianca drove a golf cart with Bayley on top of it. While this may not seem too out of the ordinary in the United States, Belair recently commented on whether she was trying to send a larger message about women driving in Saudi Arabia.
"We definitely wanted to be women and drive in Saudi Arabia. It's always great to be a part of history and a part of change there. I'm just blessed and honored to do that," said Bianca to DS of Ring the Belle.
In June 2018, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia lifted its ban on women drivers. WWE has been going to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since April 2018 and has no plans on that relationship changing despite the company recently being purchased by Endeavor.
WWE will be heading back to Saudi Arabia on May 27 for WWE Night of Champions. On that night, a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned.
