A championship match is set for the April 1 episode of WWE NXT. Trick Williams has also called out one of his rivals.
On April 1, Shawn Spears will try to make Ricky Saints look like the April Fool when he defends his NXT North American Championship against Ricky, who is looking for his first taste of WWE gold. This follows a heated exchange between the pair, which you can learn more about here.
Also, Trick Williams has challenged NXT champion Oba Femi to meet him in the middle of the squared for a confrontation on April 1. Williams has been going through a crisis of character since losing the NXT Championship to Femi. This week, that played out along with the appearance of Darkstate, the mystery group consisting of Cutler James, Dion Lennox, Saquon Shugars, and Osiris Griffin. Learn more here.
