Lars Sullivan is one of the hottest acts in WWE right now as he runs through everyone in his path.
But before he was signed by WWE, he spent time on an online bodybuilding forum making many tasteless posts on subjects such as race, sexual orientation, rape, mental health, and other social issues. WWE and Sullivan have not publicly commented on the posts and his past seems to have no ill effect on his standing in the company.
However, that doesn't mean those in WWE are not aware of his past. A fan asked Big E if he knew about past comments made by Sullivan and Big E offered up the following reply.
Many are aware. If true, he has to bear the albatross of being a bigot & working in a company that is now filled with minorities.

Big E is currently sidelined with a torn meniscus and has been living it up on Twitter during his downtime. He has shown in the past that he can move forward with those who have made derogatory comments as he spoke to Hulk Hogan over WrestleMania weekend and appreciated Hogan for apologizing and hearing his position.
