At AEW Battle of the Belts VI, Billie Starkz challenged Jade Cargill for the AEW TBS Championship.
Starkz has become one of the top names in independent wrestling and had made appearances on other AEW programs before getting the opportunity to face Cargill.
Speaking to Wrestling With Honor, Starkz talked about her experience against Cargill.
"It was a last minute opportunity but one I'm so happy I had. It's definitely a rush to be on live tv in front of that large of a crowd," she said.
Cargill was victorious in the bout, retaining her AEW TBS Championship.
When asked what as next for her, Billie replied, "Graduate high-school, start college, and be a full-time wrestler."
Tony Schiavone recently stated that Starkz had signed with AEW, but an official announcement has not been made.
Starkz revealed that she's quit her job at daycare.
