The first-ever AEW Women's Champion will be crowned on Oct. 2 when Nyla Rose faces Riho on the premiere episode of AEW on TNT. Rose earned the opportunity to compete in the match by defeating 20 other female competitors in the Casino Battle Royale. Meanwhile, Riho defeated Hikaru Shida in singles competition to earn her spot in the Women's Championship bout.
The first-ever champion won't have long to celebrate as she will defend the title on the Oct. 16 episode of AEW on TNT.
Matt Jackson responded to the post, revealing his favorite thing about the Women's Title.
