Big announcements in the world of Independent wrestling.
Warrior Wrestling announced that Bret Hart will be part of their Sweet 16 event on Saturday, October 16.
Also announced for the event is Buddy Matthews (formerly Buddy Murphy in WWE). No opponent was given for Matthews.
Matthews' non-compete clause with WWE is set to expire at the end of August. He has already been announced for a match against Brian Cage in September.

In other Independent wrestling news, Minoru Suzuki will face Daniel Garcia at West Coast Pro on October 8.
Suzuki is doing a run in the United States this fall, competing at four GCW events. Garcia is currently "under agreement" with AEW.
Other talent announced for the event includes Hammerstone, AJ Gray, Calvin Tankman, and more.
