Cash Wheeler has been arrested.

Wheeler is one-half of the reigning AEW World Tag Team Champions with Dax Harwood. Collectively, the duo is known as FTR.

AEW issued the following statement to the Orlando Sentinel: “AEW has been made aware of the charge, and we are closely monitoring the situation. (Wheeler) is fully cooperating with local authorities.”

In the mugshot, the offense date is listed as July 27. Per PWInsider, a warrant for Wheeler's arrest was issued on July 28. Wheeler then waived his arraignment, as his lawyers appeared in his place. After requesting information from the prosecution for discovery, Wheeler filed a plea of not guilty to the charge via his attorney with the circuit court of Orange County, Florida, on August 3.

PWInsider reports that Wheeler was not asked to surrender his passport by the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, at his hearing on August 3. He is not currently facing any restrictions on international travel. Per PWInsider, because Wheeler was not convicted of a crime, he seemingly will not have any issues traveling to London for AEW All In.

Wheeler and Harwood are currently scheduled to defend their titles against the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium on August 27.

Fightful will continue to monitor the situation and provide information as it becomes available.
