UFC is not the only Ultimate thing in CM Punk's life.
The third season of Netflix's series Ultimate Beastmaster was announced today by Netflix and two former WWE wrestlers will be serving as part of their hosting team. In the show, competitors from around the world compete in an obstacle course and there are hosts for each region which is competing. CM Punk will serve as a United States host while Wade Barrett will be hosting for the United Kingdom. Past seasons have not had a host in the United Kingdom but the United States hosts have included Terry Crews and Tiki Barber.
CM Punk left WWE in 2014 during a dispute about the direction of his character, career path, and well being. His contract had expired and CM Punk signed with UFC where he has competed only once in a loss to Mickey Gall. His second mixed-martial-arts fight has been rumored to happen soon but it has not come to fruition.
CM Punk tweeted about Ultimate Beastmaster season three and his hosting duties.
