CM Punk has jokes.
CM Punk was back on commentary for Cage Fury Fighting Championship on November 3, and as usual, his fellow announcer John Morgan needled him a bit.
Speaking about the "lore" a CFFC fight, Morgan commented that "You see what happens when you let CM Punk book a show."
Punk replied, "You get an entertaining show."
Morgan then wondered if anyone had ever thought of giving Punk his own show. Punk, tongue in cheek, said no one has ever thought about that.

AEW Collision was famously built around CM Punk and his return after he was suspended following AEW All Out 2022.
Punk was the face of Collision and reportedly had input on the show.
The jokes didn't stop there as Punk's co-commentator had a WWE pocket square, there were TNA references, and more.

Punk was released by AEW at the beginning of September after a backstage altercation with Jack Perry at AEW All In. He has continued to do commentary for CFFC following his AEW departure.
