Dante Martin is headed to Forbidden Door.
Dante Martin defeated Lee Moriarty on the June 15 episode of AEW Saturday Collision to qualify for the AEW TNT Title Ladder Match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
The finish saw Martin nail Moriarty with a Frog Splash.
Martin joins Jack Perry, Konosuke Takeshita, and Mark Briscoe in the Ladder Match.
After the match, Shane Taylor and Anthony Ogogo attacked Martin and while he was saved by his brother Darius Martin and Action Andretti, they would eventually fall to Shane Taylor Promotions. Lio Rush would come out and make the safe for Dante.
Rush and Dante have a previous relationship from Rush was in AEW previously.

The AEW TNT Championship was vacated after Adam Copeland injured his tibia at AEW Double or Nothing. Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) tried to hand over the championship to Dante Martin, but Interim EVP Christopher Daniels announced that a new champion will be crowned in a Ladder Match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door
