The Don Callis Family continues to grow.
On the October 27 episode of AEW Rampage, Konosuke Takeshita faced Kyle Fletcher. The match came after Callis previously offered Fletcher an opportunity with The Don Callis Family (Takeshita, Sammy Guevara, Will Ospreay, and Powerhouse Hobbs), but that door seemingly closed when Fletcher lost to Kenny Omega on the October 18 episode of AEW Dynamite. On Rampage, Fletcher and Takeshita battled back and forth. In the end, the man Callis callis "The Alpha" scored the win.
Fletcher was clearly frustrated after the match, as he took the fight to The Don Callis Family with a chair. Hobbs gained the upper hand and prepared to attack Fletcher. Callis stopped him and spoke with Fletcher in the corner. He made it clear that he liked Fletcher's mean streak. Callis then called Fletcher his apprentice and seemingly welcomed him into the family.
