After the match, McIntyre took to Twitter/X to say that there was no escaping The Bloodline vortex. The post came after The Rock appeared on WWE SmackDown and told Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes he wanted him to be his champion.

McIntyre's issues with The Bloodline date back to 2022; he lost to Roman Reigns at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, and he has been determined to get revenge. He resumed this quest after his feud with CM Punk culminated at WWE Bad Blood 2022.

McIntyre previously noted that The Rock was working on a favor for him. Check out his comments here.
