Steve Maclin is the reigning IMPACT World Champion while his wife Deonna Purrazzo is the reigning IMPACT Knockouts Champion.
The two are going down different paths with Maclin being the most hated man in IMPACT as Purrazzo has turned into one of the most beloved women.
Maclin and Purrazzo have yet to cross paths on television, and they likely won't, unless it makes sense.
"If it made sense," Maclin told Jeremy Lambert & Joel Pearl on In The Weeds when asked about potentially working with Purrazzo on-screen. "That's usually how both of us work and that's how I like to do business in the world of pro wrestling. If it makes sense, that's the only way to do it. Why are we doing things, why am I do this? That's always the question I have towards creative. That would have to be one of those things where, okay, where in this perfect world, where he don't exist in IMPACT Wrestling, how do we come about and where does that world collide with both of us from where we are in the real world as a married couple to in IMPACT Wrestling."
Purrazzo previously told Fightful that she was open to working with her husband on IMPACT, but they are not allowed to talk about each other on TV. You can find her full comments by clicking here.
Maclin and Purrazzo are both set for competition at IMPACT Under Siege with Maclin defending his title against PCO and Purrazzo defending her title against Jordynne Grace.
