Zoey Stark talks about working with Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus and her current approach to the creative process.
Zoey Stark has been put into a very fortunate position since joining the main roster, working a program with two legends, Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch.
Speaking with Sean Ross Sapp in an interview recorded before WWE SummerSlam, Stark says she feels good about herself knowing that she was trusted to work with such credible performers.
"It makes me feel good about myself and tells me I'm doing something right. Trish Stratus, I've said it, and I'll say it again, she's been absolutely amazing. She has been a mentor inside the ring and out. Becky Lynch, just with us as people outside of the ring and the story, Becky is absolutely amazing. She's a great human being. She's been so welcoming, and she's been helping me out along the way."
Zoey Stark also detailed the creative process of working with Trish Stratus. Currently, much like their storyline, Stark is allowing the WWE Hall of Famer to take the lead, and if she has an idea, Stratus will be the one to pitch it, but Stark watches closely to see how she should handle those types of situations.
"Right now, I'm sitting back and just watching how it goes if I have an idea, I go to Trish. So Trish and I will talk it out, and then I just kind of follow her lead to where if she likes the idea, she'll go and pitch it, but I'm standing right there with her to see, like okay, let me see how she handles this. Yeah, I'm just in the back watching right now."
Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus were left off of the WWE SummerSlam card. Stark said that she was not concerned about that decision at the time, calling Triple H an intelligent man who knows what he's doing.

Becky Lynch takes on Trish Stratus this weekend at WWE Payback in Pittsburgh in a steel cage match, largely to keep Zoey out of the match.
