Executive Producer Kevin Dunn & EVP Bradley Blum Sell WWE Stock

WWE executives Kevin Dunn and Bradley Blum have sold part of their WWE stock.

According to SEC filings made on April 30, WWE Executive Producer Kevin Dunn sold 33,000 shares of his WWE stock at $46.46 per share. That comes out to approximately $1,532,850 worth of Class A stock. Dunn still owns 125,361 shares in WWE.

In a separate filing, WWE Executive Vice President Bradley Blum sold 16,358 shares of his stock at $45.32 per share. That's approximately $741,835 worth of Class A stock. Blum still owns 3,103 shares in the company.

WWE stock closed at $44.62 on Thursday at 4 p.m. ET. The stock opened at $44.60 and hit a high of $45.02.

Dunn has been with WWE since the 1970s and was named Executive Producer in 1993. Blum has been with WWE for 13 years, being named Executive Vice President in June 2006.
