Finn Balor isn't so worried about championships.
Balor has won titles in every promotion he's been in, and he was the first-ever WWE Universal Champion. Though his reign was over before it started due to a shoulder injury, Balor has continued to find success as a United States, Intercontinental, and NXT Champion.
When asked by Daniel Cormier of ESPN if he was looking to get back into the world title picture, Balor replied, "I don't want to say that I don't value championships as much as some people do, but I don't think they're the most important thing, to me, anymore. I've been very fortunate that I've won gold everywhere I've went, whether it was in the United Kingdom on the Independents, in Japan, in Mexico, NXT, here I've been Universal Champion, US Champion, Intercontinental Champion. When you're chasing gold, and once you get it, it's one thing, but now I'm just chasing the buzz or creating something new. That to me, is more valuable than being a champion."
Balor hasn't held a singles title in WWE since losing the United States Championship in April 2022.
Balor will look to create a moment at WrestleMania 39 when he faces Edge in a Hell in a Cell match. Fans can check out the lineup for night two by clicking here.
