Titles are changing hands in Houston.
There have been two new sets of champions crowned tonight at WWE's 'Elimination Chamber' PPV and a third was added to that list when Finn Balor defeated Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush in a Handicap match to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Finn Balor had to battle both Rush and Bobby and the "Allmighty" team had Balor reeling at points during the match but Finn was able to get Lio alone in the ring while Bobby was on the outside. Finn then executed his signature corner kick on Rush and then went up for the "Coup de Grace" and connected with it to become Intercontinental Champion.

The stipulation that was attached to the match was that if Finn pinned either Lio or Bobby he would become champion. Post-match, Bobby was not pleased that Lio lost the title for him and decided to unleash his anger on "The Man Of The Hour" and slammed him on the mat.
