Gabe Kidd: Kenny Omega Is Unhappy At His Workplace. You’re An EVP. If You’re Not Happy, F*ck Off

Gabe Kidd doesn't care about getting the rub from Kenny Omega and offers some workplace advice for the EVP of AEW.

Gabe Kidd is set to face Kenny Omega in Omega's return match at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty. While this is undoubtedly a major opportunity for the young star, he insists that he doesn't need to work with Omega to become a bigger star.

During a recent interview with NJPW, Kidd boldly said as much, and when talking about Omega potentially being unhappy in AEW, flat out says as an EVP, Omega should just leave.

"I don’t care about this Kenny Omega touch. Whatever you think you’re doing, giving me a match at the Dome. I don’t need you. I don’t need you. He’s unhappy at his workplace. Well, leave then. You’re the president there. You’re a vice president there. If you’re not happy, fuck off."

When asked what Kenny Omega can expect in their match on January 5, Kidd noted that he is a professional, but he does plan on issuing some receipts to the former AEW World Champion, promising to hurt him.

“I expect he’ll get some receipts. I agreed to do the match because I’m a professional, but he’s gonna catch some serious licks in there regardless. I’m gonna fuck him up for what he did because I never envisioned this or saw things going down like this. So I’ll do the match, but he’s gonna know that he’s fucked up, and I’m going there to hurt him at the end of the day."
