GCW has announced another show, this time in a backyard setting.
GCW announced Backyard Wrestling 2, taking place on July 4 with attendance being invite only. It is the second show the promotion announced since the coronavirus pandemic affected the wrestling industry.

The other event that has been previously announced was a June 20 show in Indianapolis, Indiana. GCW's last event was the two-night Acid Cup, which was held on March 19 and 20 but without fans in attendance. The promotion was scheduled to hold its annual Collective event during WrestleMania week before the shutdown.
