Goldberg comments on Bron Breakker's current run in WWE.
Bron Breakker has drawn comparisons to Goldberg given his tattoo, football background, and use of the spear.
Count Goldberg among the many supporters of Rick Steiner's son.
"Love it. Love it," Goldberg told Chris Van Vliet on Insight when asked about Breakker. "He had my tattoo. I think at some point he had it covered up and changed it. They tried to mold him after me a bit at the training facility. We had conversations throughout. We're pretty close. He helped out a lot with Gage. He went through something very similar. He was a walk-on and then went as a free agent to Baltimore. We've been tight for a long time. I used to travel with Scotty and Rick. I love their kids. I spent a lot of time with them. We're pretty close. I'm really happy with what's going on with him. He knows the business."
Speaking about Breakker's spear, Goldberg said, "He played football. Kid ran a 4.3. Kid is a fricken' freak. He can't get any taller, but he's a freak. His (spear) is force equals mass times acceleration. His whole deal is explosion. That's what makes him different. He's completely different. He shines in an area where people don't. He rises to the top because he's different and takes it seriously. He's physical and has a great head on his shoulders."
Breakker is set to challenge Sami Zayn for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE SummerSlam.
