'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan To Matthew McConaughey: That's A Good 'Hooo' After Surprise Meeting On The Bump

Matthew McConaughey has "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan's stamp of approval.

Acclaimed actor Matthew McConaughey appeared on the September 13 episode of WWE's The Bump to promote his new book, "Just Because" and talk about his WWE fandom. He noted that he used to attend shows when he was a kid, and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan was his early favorite. Kayla Braxton brought out one of Duggan's signature 2x4 planks, and McConaughey was happy to see it.

Duggan then appeared as a surprise guest, and the actor started yelling and pumping his first, unable to contain his excitement. Duggan got fired up as well, as he cut a promo on the spot. McConaughey imitated Diggan's classic "Hooo", and Duggan told him that it was a good "ho." McConaughey asked Duggan about hitting opponents with the 2x4, and the legend recalled how Andre the Giant went down. McConaughey wisely noted that Andre was a large man, and he fell hard.

McConaughey ended the interview by saying that he felt 15 years old again when he talked to Duggan, showing that he was a true fan at heart.

Duggan was recently released from the hospital after he had emergency surgery. More information is available here.
